La prise se fait en faisant un puit avec sa main forte, puis en glissant le manche de la raquette dans le trou. Serrez les 3 derniers doigts de la main, positionnez l&rsquo;index le long de la gomme et le pouce en opposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention \u00e0 ne pas laisser trainer votre index sur la gomme, la balle pourrait le frapper et ruiner vos efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette prise permet de jouer en coup droit comme en revers plus facilement que les autres prises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son plus gros d\u00e9faut est de cr\u00e9er une zone \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;inconfort\u00a0\u00bb au niveau du coude du bras qui tiens la raquette.
